Seeking a Business Development Representative with drive and will serve as the life blood of PlexTrac’s business. This role's #1 objective is to generate a robust pipeline ensuring sales objectives of the organization are met, and exceeded. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will qualify prospective clients and transition them to customer acquisition through email, cold-calls, and engagement through various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Slack, etc., in effort to meet target goals each month. This position will lead customer inquiry responses regarding information about PlexTrac's products and services qualifying potential sales prospects through a variety of lead nurturing activities. Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct initial client engagement (through self-created leads), managing the beginning stages of the sales cycle for SaaS opportunities to include; client prospecting, lead generation.
  • Ensure customer acquisition is consistent and able to qualify and manage sales pipeline requirements.
  • Ability to work within a CRM such as Salesforce to assist in lead nurturing.
  • Utilize current technology to pursue and quantify accurate lead information.
  • Meet & exceed company goals for opportunities created.


Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management or marketing with at least one year in SaaS sales preferred. 
  • Must be a customer service ambassador who can build on relationships.
  • Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize technology; quantifying leads.
